The City Secretary is the custodian of records for the City of Arcola. Duties include attending Regular City Council Meetings, Special Meetings, and Workshops and maintain minutes of the meetings.
Maintain permanent records such as ordinances and resolutions. Certify and attest by signature and affixing the City Seal to all official City documents.
This department oversees the administration, Records Management, Elections and Public Information requests in compliance with Texas Public Information Act and Permits
